Provided more than 37,900 bed nights to women and children in need.
Outreach Expanded
Expanded outreach to new locations to improve access for clients and create better advocacy outcomes.
Brand-new Core & Cluster Refuge
Opened a brand-new core and cluster refuge in Western Sydney to provide housing to more women and children in need.
Upgraded Systems
Launched a new client feedback system and introduced post support client interviews.
Improved Client Outcomes
Introduced a new 12 week program and regular case reviews for stronger client outcomes in refuge.
New Counselling Services
Launched a new Domestic, Family Sexual Violence Counselling Service.
Wilcannia Staff Accomodation
Completed a staff accommodation project in Wilcannia (Far West NSW) to address the critical housing shortage in Wilcannia - a vital step toward attracting and retaining skilled staff to support our services in the region.
School Holiday Programs
Created two new programs for children and parents during school holidays.
