Thank you for taking the time to tell us how we're doing! We read every piece of feedback, positive and negative, because it helps us keep growing. When you share a compliment about a staff member, we make sure their manager knows, and we pass it on to them directly, they truly appreciate hearing it. Every comment is taken into account as we plan ahead, so we can keep building on what we do best. By telling us what we did well, and how it helped, you're playing a real part in making our services even better.

Domestic Violence NSW Service Management (trading as Human & Co) believes that complaints matter. They give us valuable, honest feedback that helps us improve our services and how we work. We're committed to accountability, and we want to make sure the care and support we provide are always of the highest standard.

Wherever possible, we encourage you to speak with a staff member or service manager first, they're often best placed to help resolve things quickly. But if that isn't possible, or you've already tried and still feel your concern hasn't been resolved, please complete this Complaint Form. We're here to listen.

Our complaint process
• We will let you know that we have received your complaint within 5 days of receiving it.
• We will investigate and respond to your complaint within 10 days
• We will keep communication open with you during the process until it is resolved.
• If you are not happy at any point or with the outcome you can ask for a review by a more senior manager.
